We provide telephone assistance and support in a wide range of unregulated legal areas. Our team of experienced caseworkers are highly trained and supervised by qualified lawyers.

Users of our services can use our dedicated telephone helpline to get immediate legal help from our trained volunteers relating to different areas of law, including housing, homelessness, welfare and benefit, immigration, asylum, family, and so on

We organise regular face to face events, workshops, and legal clinics at various locations to enlighten and educate people on prevailing legal issues and provide face to face advice and support to those that want to take advantage of our drop-in sessions. Please email us the legal topics you would want us to cover in our next event or to see if we could deliver an inhouse seminar in our organisation

We work with other organisations and are able to signpost users to law firms, local authorities and other service providers that are in a better position to provide further or more adequate assistance to our service users as the case may be
